At the tram station “Hlavní nádraží”, take the tram no. 12 (towards Technologický park). At the tram stop “Česká”, change tram to no. 3 or 11 and continue to “Burianovo náměstí” stop where you have to get off.

Continue by walk along the main street. Our street “Čajkovského” is the second on the left, where Soha’s shoes are on the corner. Our house with number 19 is halfway on the left and it is bright green.

The apartment house Čajkovskij Apartments is located near the exit from the city ring road in Brno’s neighbourhood Žabovřesky and is very easily reached from both motorways D1 and D2.

If you are going to arrive from the D1 motorway, take the exit no. 190 towards SVITAVY and continue in the direction of SVITAVY along the city ring road E461 about 5,7km. The exit to the Čajkovskij Apartments house is signposted “Žabovřesky” and it is the second exit after turning to Veverská Bitýška. When you exit the city ring road, turn first right. After crossing the main street with tramlines, you will arrive to our street Čajkovského. Our house is about halfway down the street on the left side.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 (3pm) to 22:00 (10pm) or upon agreement and for a fee of 6 EUR before 15:00 or between 22:00 – 00:00. It is also possible to check-in after midnight for additional 10 EUR.

Check-out is until 10:00 (10am). Upon agreement and a fee of 6 EUR it is possible to check-out later.

Unfortunately we are not offering breakfast, but 100m from our house is a caffehouse “Galerie” where they can prepare breakfast for our guests. On weekdays there is an opening time from 8:30am.

You can pay in cash in currency CZK or EUR or you can pay with credit card.

Parking is possible on our street Čajkovského. Usually our guests park right in front of our house.

As our apartments are fully furnished and newly decorated, pets are unfortunately not permitted in any of our apartments.

You can reach our house by bus no. 40 and 48 from “Úzká” stop opposite the shopping centre Vaňkovka (stop on the side closer to Tesco). After about 15 minutes get off at the “Revoluční” stop. Our house is located 30m in the direction of the church, which you will see after you get off.

Take the D1 motorway exit 196B towards Brno-centrum and continue straight ahead towards Brno-Tuřany. Turn right in the direction of Brno-Tuřany and continue along the main street about 2,8 km.

Once you are on our Revoluční Street, you will see a church in front of you. Our house no. 8 is almost at the end of the street on the left (right before turning left on Malinska Street) and has a purple color.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 (3pm) to 22:00 (10pm) or upon agreement and for a fee (10-11pm fee is 6 EUR, 11pm-midnight fee is 10 EUR) before 15:00 or later after 22:00. It is not possible to check-in after midnight.

Check-out is until 11:00 (11am). Upon agreement and a fee of 6 EUR it is possible to check-out later.

Unfortunately, we are not offering breakfast but 100m from our house is the grocery shop  where you can buy anything for breakfast. On weekdays there is an opening time from 6am and on Saturday and Sunday they open at 7am.

Parking is possible on our street Revoluční or street Malinská which is behind our house. Usually our guests park in maximum distance 100m from our house.
